Refund policy

Effective Date: June 29, 2025

At Shada Homewear, every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully handled. As a boutique brand offering intimate apparel and delicate sets, we have a strict exchange and refund policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of all our clients.

1. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygienic reasons and to protect our clients, the following items are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstance:

  • Lingerie

  • Sleepwear 

  • Night dresses

  • Beachwear

  • Any items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns

Note: All sale items are considered final sale.

2. Deposit Policy

The cash on delivery orders require paying a deposit to get confirmed, one of our customer service team will contact you directly via WhatsApp or Instagram. If you cancelled an item 50% off its price would be deducted from the deposit.

If you didn’t receive the order, deposit is not refundable for sure . And if paid online 50% of the order only will be refunded. 

3. Exchange Policy for PJ Sets

We offer exchange only (no refund) for pajama sets, under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be initiated on the same day of delivery.

  • You must send us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number and product issue or reason for exchange.

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We will arrange the pickup and send the replacement set as soon as possible based on stock availability.

  • You can’t exchange the items before receiving the order, and after receiving and checking everything you have just one exchange for the order.

  • You have to choose the exchange piece from the already available items on website once requesting the exchange. If the requested size for exchange is out of stock, another available item must be selected for exchange. Unfortunately, we’re unable to wait for future restocks, as exchanges must be processed on the same day and restocks are not confirmed in advance.

Please note that if the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer store credit for future use.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us on the same day of receiving your package. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Photos of the item and packaging may be required for quality control and courier purposes.

5. How to Request an Exchange

We will send a courier to receive the item you want to exchange, after checking it will send you the new one.

6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy conditions above.

  • All shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.

This policy is designed to maintain hygiene standards, protect our clients’ safety, and preserve the exclusive nature of our pieces. Thank you for understanding and supporting a brand built with love and care.
